Betty Rosalene Galloway

Betty Be Be Rosalene Galloway, 50, of Owensboro, died Friday, July 14, 2006 at Owensboro Medical Health System. The Daviess Co. native was born February 27, 1956 to the late Ira and Mabel Vanover Deno. She was of the Baptist faith and in her spare time she enjoyed camping, fishing, playing cards, shopping and her flowers.

Preceding her in death besides her parents were her brothers; Hugh Deno and Larry Wayne Deno and her sisters; Myrtle Crowe and Edith Marie Deno.

Survivors include her husband of twenty-one years; Larry R. Galloway, her step-children; Sonya Kay, Larry Jr., and Markita Lynn all of Owensboro, her brothers; Carroll Deno of Tennyson, IN, Ernest Deno of Huntingburg, IN, Jimmy Deno of Jasper, IN, Jerry Deno, Michael Deno and Robert Deno all of Owensboro, her sisters; Darlene Deno, Margie Hale and Sally Tong all of Owensboro, several brothers and sisters-in-law, several step-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday, July 17, 2006 at Glenn Funeral Home with Rev. William S. Roberts officiating. Burial will immediately follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2006 and from 8:30 a.m. until service time on Monday at the funeral home.
