Bertha Clyde Williams

Bertha Clyde Williams, 84 of 2313 Zev Court, Owensboro, died Monday, February 19, 2007 at Owensboro Medical Health System. Mrs. Williams was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, and retired after 40 years from General Electric. The Hancock County Native was born to the late Elmer and Inez Boling, and was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, James Delbert Williams in 2001. She was much loved and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Tim and Arlene Williams of Stamping Ground, daughter Sandra Williams of Owensboro, grandchildren James Everett Padgett of Owensboro, Tracy Lynn Edwards of Benton, Il., Kirk Williams of Lexington, Ky. and Wendy Williams of Georgetown, Ky., and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 22, 2007 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phil Bradley officiating. Burial will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 4 to 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Thursday
