Bert Lemul Anderson

Bert L. Anderson, 72, of 4030 Mt. Vernon Dr., Owensboro died Friday, January 10, 2003 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System. The Daviess County native was retired from Commonwealth Aluminum where he worked as a Soaking Pit Operator for 25 years; was a member of Bethabara Baptist Church; and enjoyed gardening and horse racing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Anderson, in 1998.

Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Lynn Anderson of Owensboro and Stephen Allen Anderson of Philpot; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; one step-great grandchild ; a sister Daisy Watt of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 1 P.M. Monday at the Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12-6 P.M. on Sunday and after 9 A.M. on Monday.
