Bernice Davis

Bernice "Bernie" Davis, 81 of Owensboro, died Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Wellington Parc. Miss Davis was of the Baptist faith, she retired from the Arizona Printing Company, she loved to fish, cook, work in her garden, and feed the ducks at Fischer Park. She was preceded in death by a brother; Charles Davis in 1999.

Surviving are two step-sisters; Betty (Jim) Hagman and Mary (Marshall) Troutman of Owensboro, a sister-in-law; Dena Davis, three nieces; Mary Wright, Brenda Stewart and Doris Hovey, all of Arizona, five nephews; Allan and Chris Hagman, Lynn, Greg and Scott Troutman, all of Owensboro, a great-nephew; Bryce Hagman a great-great-nephew; Alex Scott, a few cousins, and her beloved cat; Blackie.

Visitation will be Monday, April 5, 2010 from 1 to 7 p.m. with funeral services at 7 p.m. at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be private. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Western Kentucky.
