Benjamin Kent Snyder

Benjamin “Kent” Snyder, 70, of Utica, passed away Friday, July 24, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born November 17, 1955, to the late Joseph B. and Judith Rachel Snyder.

Kent was a mechanic through and through. He worked most recently at Time DC, prior to that he worked at Green Coal Company and was also a long-haul truck driver for many years. Kent loved to tinker and fix things, spending much of his time in the garage. He also enjoyed watching sci-fi movies and westerns.

In addition to his parents, Kent is preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Brent Snyder.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Jennifer Phillips (Don), Eric Snyder, Holly Koehler (Brad), Christopher Snyder and Samuel Morgan Snyder; sister, Louvene Morris (Woody); 9 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
