Benjamin A. Barnett, 57, of Owensboro, passed away December 10, 2023. He was born in Jacksonville, N.C. to William Stanley Barnett and Anna Campano. Benjamin loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren. Benjamin loved to spoil people close to him and do things for others. He was also a great carpenter and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Benjamin was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother; children, Bonnie (David) Gauselman, Sarah (John) Grant, Benjamin L. Barnett; grandchildren, Sean Barnett, Emma Grant, Wyatt Rone and Mikayla Rone; sisters, Kathy Tucker, Susan Kunitsky, Mary Thompson, Dianna Short and Danielle Hyde; brothers, William Barnett, Homer Barnett, Timothy Barnett, and Steven Barnett, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
