Barry Potts

Barry Potts, 57, of Gallatin, TN, formerly of Owensboro, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016. He was born April 23, 1958 in Daviess Co., KY. He was a certified appraiser, was in the wholesale car business, and a member of Third Baptist Church. Barry was an avid Dallas Cowboys and U. K. basketball fan and loved Nascar racing. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Sacra, grandparents Ford and Irene Sacra and Leroy and Hazel Potts, and his stepmother, Valerie Potts.

Surviving is his father, Donald Potts of Maceo, his son, Hayden Potts of Nashville, TN, his daughter, Lindsey Crabtree and husband West of Owensboro, a granddaughter, Autumn Crabtree of Owensboro, his brother, Tim Potts and wife Beth of Maceo, two nieces, Caitlyn Schreiver of Cincinnati and Laura Beth Potts of Maceo, and a nephew, Christian Potts of Owensboro.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 27, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with burial following in Kelly Cemetery in Maceo. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
