Barbara Towery

Barbara Towery, 74, of Maceo, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at her home. She was born April 10, 1942 in Daviess Co., KY. Barbara had been the manager of housekeeping with Days Inn and was a homemaker. She had attended Rushing Wind Church of God and was always a friend to anyone she met. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason Settle in 2007.

Surviving are her husband of 35 years, Bill Towery, a son, William Caleb Towery of Owensboro, two daughters, Sharon Cross and husband Kenny of Owensboro and Karen Staples and fiance Greg Clark of Owensboro, three stepdaughters, Tabitha Towery and Michelle Towery, both of Nevada, and Serena Peveler of Owensboro, six grandchildren, six step grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and five step great grandchildren.
