Barbara Jean Bradley

Barbara Jean Bradley, 68, of 2614 Count Fleet Loop, Owensboro, died Saturday, October 18, 2003, at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born in Herndon, Kentucky on September 3, 1935. She worked as a Mary Kay consultant, was a homemaker, and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Hargrove, on April 17, 1975 and her mother, Alma Hargrove, on October 6, 1980; a sister, Linda Luther, on June 28, 1998; and a brother, Robert ''Jet Hargrove, on February 18, 1997.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 48 years, B.M. Don Bradley, of Owensboro; her son and daughter-in-law, Don C. and Wanda Bradley, of Owensboro; two granddaughters, Carrie and Emily Bradley, of Owensboro; and a sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Gayland Poindexter,of Herndon, KY; a brother-in-law, Archie Luther, of Aiken, SC; a sister-in-law, Billie Hargrove, of Hopkinsville, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 22, 2003, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Stone and Rev. Bill Roberts officiating. Visitation is from 2:00 till 8:00 PM Tuesday, and after 9:00 AM Wednesday at Glenn Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Bldg.
