Arthur W. Fletcher

Arthur W. Fletcher, 65, of 6755 Leslie Lane, Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2006, at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born in Waynesburg, Ky. to the late Arthur W. & Anna Lee Sizemore Fletcher. He was a retired auto mechanic and cab driver. He was a member of Thruston United Methodist Church and enjoyed golfing, Nascar, and watching football and baseball. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jack & Dudley Fletcher, and two sisters, Evelyn Fletcher and Eleanor Grodi.

Surviving is his wife of 45 years, Eunice Fletcher, three daughters, Sheryl Little and Mary Saag, both of Owensboro, and Ann Fletcher of Williamstown, Ky., two sons, Craig Fletcher of Bowling Green, Ky., and Brian Fletcher of Owensboro, two sisters, Anna Rose Mays of Alexandria, Ky. and Edna Fletcher of Toledo, Oh., 15 grandchildren, Kenneth Ball, Richard Ball, Robert Ball, Michelle Ball, Jason Fletcher, Billy Joe Nunn, Anthony Little, Chasity Little, Raven Little, Daniel Little, Kristeena Pope, Koree Pope, Ki-Lin Pope, Sara Fletcher, and Anthony Thomas Fletcher, and two great grandchildren, Tiffany Ball and Aaron Ball.

Services will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 22, at the Thruston United Methodist Church with burial following in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at the church. Glenn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
