Anyce Maurine Baldwin Brown

Anyce Maurine Baldwin Brown, 87, of 2501 Old Hartford Road, Owensboro, died Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at the Carmel Home. She was born in Ohio County, to the late Willie E. and Cliffie (Rock) Baldwin. Mrs. Brown was a member of Hall Street Baptist Church, and was a former teacher of the Love Sunday School Class. She had and expressed a love for her church and her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Brown in 1966, three brothers and a sister, and a daughter, Fay Render in 1986.
She is survived by a daughter, Judy Shaver and husband Harold of Owensboro, three grandchildren, Mike Shaver and wife Kathy, and Steve Render and wife Charlene, both of Owensboro, David Shaver of Louisville, four great grandchildren Amy Lee Shaver of Atlanta, GA., and Stephanie Fay Render, Mary Kellie Render, and Jeffrey Brett Render, all of Owensboro, a sister, Freda Wahl of Owensboro, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., June 3, 2005 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be Thursday, from 2 to 8 p.m., and Friday after 8:30 a.m. Expressions of sympathy may be given to either Hall Street Baptist Church Activity Center, of the Carmel Home.
