Anthony M. ''Tony'' Bermudez, 58, of Owensboro died Thursday, May 2, 2002 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System. The Tuscon, AZ native worked at Owensboro Brick and Tile and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by is wife, Fay Bermudez; three sons, Vince Bermudez, Mike Bermudez and Damian Bermudez all of Owensboro; three step-sons, Bill Abel of Lewisport, Tracy Hays and Rodney Hays of Owensboro; two step-daughters, Tina Nguyen of Owensboro and Tammy Higgs of Louisville; 14 grandchildren; 19 step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Rudy Bermudez of Tuscon and Gus Bermudez of Kansas City, KS; and 1 sister, Della Lauria of Tuscon.
Fuenral services are 2 P.M., Friday, May 3, 2002 at the Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12-2 P.M..
