Annie Frances Dennis

Annie Frances Dennis, 56, of 2436 Strickland Dr., Owensboro, died Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at her home. She was born June 1, 1949 to the late Hunter Lee and Ida May McCombs Horton in Hart County. She was a member of the Baptist Faith, a homemaker and enjoyed hunting ginseng, fishing and traveling.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Misty Gail Dennis in 1978; a brother-in-law, Jack Dennis in 2003.

Survivors include two sons, Roy Lee Dennis, Jr. (Dee-Dee), and Terry Lee Dennis, two daughters, Geraldine Mayfield (Warren) and Melissa Ann Keown, and fianc Michael Martin, all of Owensboro; fourteen grandchildren, Michael and Eric Maysey, Christopher Leach, Summer Dennis, Steven Riley, Audrey and Mariah Mayfield, Kaylyn and Larry Keown, Kelsie and Dylan Martin, Lila Renee White, Matthew Leach and Hunter Lee Sharp; friend, Jerry Fentress of Owensboro and friend and father of the children, Roy Dennis, Sr.; three brothers, Sam (Ginger), Alvin (Dorothy) and Robert Horton, all of Munfordville; two sisters, Dorothy (Billy) Cook of Searcy, AR, and Mary Ann Horton of Munfordville; Sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Bonnie and Glenn Bilbrey, Bubby and Jean Dennis and Kenneth Dennis all of Owensboro.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Friday at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Center Point Cemetery in Munfordville. Graveside services will be 4:00 PM Friday. Visitation will be 2:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday and after 10:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.
