Anna Jones Brooks Wedding, 91, of Owensboro passed away Friday, January 9, 2009 at Owensboro Place. Born September 17, 1917 in Bell County, she was the daughter of the late William and Rittie Mason Jones and was retired from Owensboro Daviess County Hospital where she was a nurse's aide for many years. She was preceded in death by husbands, Ernest Brooks and Robert Wedding and brothers, Tony Ray Maiden and Boyd Maiden.

She is survived by sons, Jerry (and Carol) Brooks of Philpot and Leroy Brooks of Owensboro; grandchildren, Sherry Brooks, Michael (and Monique) Brooks, Nicole Brooks, Thomas (and Tina) Goodman, Todd Goodman, Chris Goodman, and Jim Goodman; great-grandchildren, Heather Brooks, Jackie Brooks, Cody Brooks, Casey Brooks, Brandon Brooks, Aaron Brooks, Shawn Goodman, T.J. Goodman, Tyler Goodman, Dillon Goodman, Allyssa (Goodman) Lundi, Emily Goodman, Jenna Goodman, and Hannah Goodman; a brother, Nathan Maiden of Livermore; and several nieces and nephews.

Services are private with Glenn Funeral Home handling arrangements.
