Anna Catherine Robinson

Anna Catherine Robinson, 78, of Owensboro entered this life on March 20, 1935 and went home to be with our Savior on April 12, 2013. Anna retired from GE and became an avid thoroughbred horse trainer for eighteen years. She left that career to become a full time grandmother. In her spare time she enjoyed working part time for the Elizabeth Munday Center along with quilting, reading and spoiling her grandchildren.

Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel Bowling Wink and Valentine Wink; four sisters; and three brothers.

She is survived by a daughter, Debbie Fraim Goatee (Dale "Goatman") of Smith Mills; granddaughters, Magan Goatee Pressley (Jonathan Williams) of Uniontown and Whitney Goatee Newcomb (Adam) of Smith Mills; great granddaughters, Baylee Pressley, Sadie and Zoey Newcomb; a nephew whom she raised, Rondal Wink of Virgina; a sister, Aggie Ingram of Key West, FL; and brothers, William "Bill" and James "Bobby" Wink both of Owensboro; several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to say a special "Thank You" to Hospice for the excellent care as she made her final journey.

Service for Catherine will be Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 5 p.m. at Glenn Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 15, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. and 4 to 5 p.m. on the day of service at the funeral home.
