Anna Mae Kincaid Bowman, 90, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2012, at her home. She was born on November 1, 1921 in Ohio Co., KY to the late William Edgar and Arena Irene Howard Kincaid. Anna Mae was a member of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church and was retired from the former Mercy Hospital as a supervisor in the dietary department. She enjoyed reading her bible and spending time with her family. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Bowman in 1984, and a daughter, Arlene Bowman in 1943.
Surviving are a daughter, Anna Melrose Case of Utica, two grandchildren, Tim Case and wife Mary and Sharon Gail Jackson, all of Owensboro, eight great grandchildren, Robert Chad Jackson of Owensboro, Crystal Lynn Deno of Huntingburg, IN, Tushina Lee Jackson of Owensboro, Stephanie Ann Tarrh of Champaign, IL, Travis Justin Case of Owensboro, Samantha Dawn Case of Terre Haute, IN, Casey Mae Bartlett of Owensboro, and Aaron Michael Bartlett of Owensboro, two great great grandchildren, Tyson Gage Tarrh and Justin Wayne Case, and two sisters, Brownie Morgan of Tell City, IN and Mary Belle Burnette of Lexington.
Services will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 25, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Deanfield Cemetery in Ohio Co. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 8:30 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
