Ann K. Embry

Ann Kessinger Embry, 74, of 2825 Wayside Dr. West, Owensboro, died Monday, August 4, 2003, at Owensboro Mercy Health System. She was born in Butler Co., Ky. and was retired from General Electric after 28 years. She was the daughter of the late Walter H. & Martha Ann Kasinger. She was a member of Ridgewood Baptist Church, was an expert seamstress and had worked for Mr. Tuxedos, enjoyed flower gardening, crafts, and working puzzles. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, David Kassinger and W. D. Casey Kasinger.
Survivors include her son, James Kenneth Embry of Owensboro, 3 Grandchildren, James Kenneth Embry II, Charity Lynn Embry, and Bryan Scott Embry, all of Morgantown, Ky., 2 step granddaughter, Amber Leann Keown and Hope Keown, both of Owensboro, 3 Great Grandchildren, and 2 step Great Grandchildren, a brother, Larry Kasinger of Owensboro, and a sister, Lucille Kassinger Robertson of Owensboro.
Services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 6, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
