Angela Morgan Mauzy

Angela M. Mauzy, 56, of Owensboro passed away August 7, 2007, at Owensboro Medical Health System. She enjoyed spending time on her computer, gardening, and crafts including sewing. She was a member of Blessed Mother Catholic Church and had worked at W. R. Grace for 17 years. Mrs. Mauzy was preceded in death by her father, Hershel Morgan, and by her brother, Gene Morgan.

Survivors include her husband, Ray Mauzy; her sons, Aaron Newton and Adam Newton both of Owensboro, her step-children, April Glass and Tommy Mauzy both of Owensboro; her mother, Lula B. Morgan, of Owensboro; a sister, Lyndel Maddox of Owensboro; brothers, David Morgan, Hershel Morgan II, and Scott Morgan all of Owensboro; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Natalie and Noah Newton, Andrew and Orianna Boone, and Alyssa Glass.

Services are private. Glenn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
