Alice Louise Horn, 67, of 6003 Highway 1389, Owensboro, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2006 at her home. She was born in Whitesville to the late Orville & Lorene Winkfield Faught. She was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church, a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, making quilts, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie Lee Horn, Sr. on June 28, 2005, a son, Dennis Lee Horn in 1964, and a daughter, Judy Gail Horn in 1968.
Survivors include a son, Frankie L. Horn, Jr. and his wife Roxie of Owensboro, two daughters, Sara Jane Carrico and her husband, Jim of Lewisport, and Penny Lynn Horn of Owensboro, two grandchildren, Mellisa Marie Carrico and Gregory David Shock, Jr., three great grandchildren, Haylee Clark, Robbie Lee Shock, and Heather Marie Douglas, three sisters, Gladys Pauline Brooks, Beverly Ann Patton, and Dorothy Lorene Moore, and two brothers, Jack Faught and Jerry Lee Faught.
Funeral services will be 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, Dec. 27, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Yellow Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 9:00 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Yellow Creek Baptist Church Building Fund, 5741 Highway 144, Owensboro, Ky. 42303.
