Alfred Eugene Whitsett, 56, of Maceo, passed away February 14, 2020. He was born October 24, 1963 in Louisville to Perry and Catherine Gibbs Whitsett. Alfred enjoyed fishing and was a fan of NASCAR and country music. More than anything, he loved his children.
He was preceded in death by his father, Perry Whitsett; and a brother, Gerald Whitsett.
Alfred is survived by his wife of 28 years, Dawn Rains Whitsett; his children, Tina Whitsett and D.J. Whitsett; his mother, Catherine Whitsett; his brothers, Perry Dean Whitsett and James Whitsett; and several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 3pm until 7pm Friday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
