Agnes Yvonne Toler, 44, of Owensboro, died Sunday April 14th at her home. The Owensboro, Ky. native was a Catholic was an accomplished artist. Her interests included the study and collection of various artifacts relating to native american history. She volunteered much time and artitistic talents to her family, friends, schools, and businesses. She enjoyed spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.
Survivors include two daughters, Shannon Toler of Owensboro, and Shawnelle Toler of Georgetown, Ky.; a foster daughter, Lacie Warner of Newburgh, In.; three grandchildren; her mother and step-father, Sue and Gerry Hall, of Utica, Ky; her father and step-mother, James L. and Chris Brown, of Utica, Ky; three bothers, Donnie Brown of Owensboro, Ky, Joe Brown of Owensboro, Ky., and Jerry Brown of Owensboro, Ky.; five sisters, Dee Reed of Utica, Ky., Reba McCollam of Houston Tx., Kay Lockhart of Evansville, In., Shawna Simmons of Utica, Ky., and Melissa Brown of Utica, Ky.; and a step-sister Renee Chappell, Glenville, KY.; fifteen nieces and nephews and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services are 11 A.M. Thursday, April 18, 2002 at Blessed Mother Catholic Church with burial in Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may call at the Glenn Funeral Home from 2-8 P.M. on Wednesday and after 9 A.M. on Thursday. Prayers will be said at 6 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Agnes Vonnie Toler Memorial Fund.
