Agnes "Jean" Jones

Agnes "Jean" Jones, 75, of Owensboro, formerly of Fordsville, passed away June 17, 2017 at home. She was born September 9, 1941 to the late Carl C. and Berniece Perkins Moon. Jean was an LPN for many years. She retired from NSA. Jean enjoyed camping, fishing, flowers, and just being outside. In her later years, Jean took up the art of crocheting. Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Dennis Jones; great-granddaughter, Kasiah Jones and great-grandson, Jordan Daniel Coy; brother, James Moon and sister, Elizabeth Lynch.

She is survived by her children, Joe (April) Jones, Chris (Suzette) Jones, Rita Crump, Denise Keller; grandchildren, Rebecca Arnold, Karen VanMeerten, Theron Keller, Trevor Keller, Alex Keller, Crystal King, Mary Cobb, Ivy Stites, Dennis Jones, Tony Jones, Katie Jones, Cassie Ayers, Luke Jones and Alexis Jones; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Albert Moon; sisters, Helen Renfrow and Alice Lemley.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home
