He worked as a Cook at the Ryan Steakhouse in Owensboro, and had been baptized in Blessed Mother Church of Owensboro.
He is survived by his Biological Mom: Dana (Steve) Cundiff of Central City, his Mother and Father: John and Opal Chandler of Owensboro, Sisters: Dara (Darrell) Mayfield of Whitesville, Donna (Rick) King of Frankfort, Jenny Bozer of Central City, Brothers: Truman Payne, Danny Payne, David Chandler all of Owensboro, Derrick Chandler, Zachary Cundiff, Jody Cundiff, all of Central City, Tracy Hamilton of Masonville. His Grandmother: Venita Hamilton of Central City. Also several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 4pm - 8pm, and Funeral Thursday at 1pm all at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
