Addison Kathryn Simmons

Addison Kristine Simmons and Kathryn Jo Simmons, infant daughters of Aaron and Misty Simmons, was prematurely born and died on March 22, and March 23, 2010, at the Owensboro Medical Health System.

Addison and Kathryn were preceded in death by their great-grandfathers, Robert Aaron Simmons and Clifford Charles Kasinger.

Survivors other than their parents is a sister, Lexie Mullen, at home; paternal grandparents Jimmy and Kathy Simmons of Owensboro, paternal great-grandparents, Wayne and Norine Hans, and Marie Simmons, all of Owensboro; uncles, Clint and Jack Simmons of Owensboro.

Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, at Immaculate Catholic Church, with burial in St. Alphonsus Catholic Cemetery. Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
